Want a slot at the Open Mic?
To reserve a spot call Dan at 924-5332 on Monday's after 4 PM. The first two hours are for reserved slots (15-20 minutes per). Third hour is for any bands that might register (max. of two per night 30 minutes each). The last hour is for folks that just show up (10-15 minute slots). |

POP MUSIC QUIZ
Every 1st and 3rd Thursday
The Garage will be the presenting The Pop Music Quiz. Hosted by Tony and Amanda and Sponsored by Edward McKay , The Pop Music Quiz is based on the idea of a british pub quiz. players are encouraged to form small teams to compete against each other, just like it was in high school ha ha. Each quiz has a theme. There are forty questions in the quiz; that's usually twenty-five head- scratchin' written answers and fifteen bits of music to listen to and try to guess, although the format sometimes changes to keep it unpredictable. arrive early to get a good start on the photo sheet and album covers sheet for extra credit. There are two breaks over three rounds, to get more beer in and to sneak peeks at other teams' answers. first prize will be announced at the end of the night. So come out to the pop quiz, kids. it's fun, it's free.
